CAMAS HOTEL TERMS AND POLICIES

  • Positive ID is required at check-in.
  • NON-SMOKING: This is a smoke-free hotel - absolutely no smoking of any kind within 25 ft of building. If a room shows evidence of smoking, you will be assessed a cleaning fee of $250. No exceptions.
  • CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel within a week of arrival there is a $40 charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival you'll be charged the full price of your first night. Under certain circumstances we may provide a rain check. Please contact us.
  • AUTHORIZATIONS: All guests are subject to an authorization upon check in. After the funds have been released by the Camas Hotel, your financial institution way hold any authorized funds up to 7 days at their discretion. The Camas Hotel is not responsible for any overdraft fees that may occur by an authorization. 
  • PET POLICY: The Camas Hotel does offer a selection of Pet-Friendly rooms. We can accommodate clean, quiet pets up to 50 lbs, no cats. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $30 per pet/per stay up to 3 days for guests bringing a pet. We will charge owner for any pet damages in the hotel. Charges are based on Hotel Staff and Owner's discretion. Failure to report a pet's stay will result in a $150 charge.
  • DISCOUNTS: Room rates are based on double occupancy. Inquire about corporate rates or extended stay rates. Discounts provided for AAA, Seniors & Government/Military. Must provide Identification to receive discount offers. Discounts and promo codes may  not be combined. 
  • STAIRS: Please note, our historic hotel does not have elevators. All of our rooms are on the second and third floor of our building. Our staff is always available and happy to assist with luggage. If you are booked into Rooms numbered 1 thru 10, you will be on the second floor. You will climb one flight of stairs to access these rooms. If you are booked into Rooms numbered 16 thru 28, you will be on the third floor. You will climb two flights of stairs to access these rooms. If you have physical limitations that prevent you from climbing stairs, please let our staff know. We want to make sure our guests are happy and comfortable!
